You can move torrents currently loaded in Deluge by right-clicking one and using ‘move storage’ and then typing in the containing folder where the actual data is.
You could back-up your state folder, ~/.config/deluge/state, then remove all torrents from Deluge and add all the *.torrent files from the state folder to a watch folder. It will add all torrents with the new path you setup in the main config and it should, hopefully find them.
Lastly you could create a symlink from the broken folder to the correct folder and trick Deluge that way that the paths are actually correct.By : Bytesized Hosting Owner
